If you notice a streetlight that isn’t working, flickering, or has been damaged, let us know so we can fix it.

• Please provide the pole number (usually found on a yellow tag on the pole).
• Jemena will investigate and arrange repairs for any lights under our responsibility.
• Where another authority owns or maintains the light, we’ll guide you to the right contact.
In order to assist us in maintaining our streetlights, you can report a faulty streetlight directly via our easy to use webtool. If you are not located in the Jemena distribution network you can check your electricity bill to obtain details for the electricity distribution network operator in your area.
