About Jemena
As your electricity distributor, we own and maintain the poles, wires and underground cables that deliver electricity to homes and businesses in your local area, every day.
We supply electricity to over 380,000+ homes and businesses in north-west Melbourne and are responsible for maintaining and developing the electricity distribution network and managing over 79,400 streetlights.
We also provide services including new connections, metering and energy efficiency programs. Customer satisfaction is a key priority, which is why we work hard to ensure extensive support and rapid response systems are in place to deal with faults and emergencies.
