From 26th March 2026, My Portal will introduce Two-Factor Authentication to help keep your account secure.
When you log in for the first time each day, you’ll enter your username and password as usual, then confirm your login with a one-time code sent to you via email. Most users will only need to do this once per day, as re-authentication will be required every 8 hours. This update adds an extra layer of protection and aligns My Portal with industry security standards.
