As an electricity distributor, we own and maintain the poles, wires, and underground cables that deliver electricity to homes and businesses.
 
We supply electricity to over 380,000+ homes and businesses in north-west Melbourne. Our services include maintaining and developing the distribution network and managing over 79,400 streetlights.
 
We also offer new connections, metering, and energy efficiency programs. We prioritise customer satisfaction, providing extensive support and rapid response systems for faults and emergencies.

Customer-Focused Engagement

We have a desire to continuously improve our understanding of customer needs through our customer engagement program, which focuses on co-designing our engagement approach with customers and stakeholders. Over 20 months, this program gathered insights from a diverse range of customers, especially those whose voices are often overlooked, to shape our 2026-31 Electricity Network Plan. The feedback emphasised key priorities such as network reliability, accommodating new energy resources, and improving service excellence, while advocating for fairness, equity, and cost-reflectivity in proposed residential tariffs to adapt to the evolving electricity system.
