Kick-start your future career in our dynamic 2025 Graduate Development Program at a time when the energy industry is brimming with innovation and possibilities.

We’re Jemena – one of Australia’s largest energy infrastructure companies. If you haven’t heard of us before, we deliver energy to one in five Australian homes and businesses and own and operate more than $12 billion worth of assets and some of the country’s most exciting energy projects.

By joining our team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to groundbreaking energy projects that have potential to reshape how renewable energy is integrated into our future energy system, all while ensuring homes and businesses continue to receive reliable and safe energy.

Jemena’s Executive General Manager of People, Safety & Governance, Craig Ypinazar, said that Jemena offers graduates the potential to build their careers, while maintaining a healthy work/life balance.

“At Jemena, we don’t just invest in projects, we invest in you. Our commitment to diversity, inclusion, and your professional growth is why we were recognised as one of the Top 100 Graduate Employers in 2024.

“Our two-year development program is designed to develop talented individuals from a range of academic backgrounds, including engineering, finance, digital, and commerce.

“As part of our graduate program, you’ll work with experienced professionals who will guide you through a mix of practical work and structured learning, all designed to amplify your skills in communication, business, and leadership. You won’t be just starting a job; you will commence a career with purpose,” he said.

Daniel Barca is currently taking part in our graduate program, working in the Procurement, Property and Fleet team. His advice to anyone considering applying for Jemena’s graduate program would be just to apply and go for it.

“Working here is a great opportunity to learn, to discover, and also to grow. I think my team has a great understanding of the work-life balance. We understand when we need to meet our objectives and our goals, we make sure to work together and function really collaboratively, but we also make sure we reserve time for the social aspect of work. The people make it a great place to be,” he said.

Applications for the Group 2024 graduate program opened on Monday 11 March 2024. Successful applicants will commence in February 2025.
