We’re Jemena – one of Australia’s leading energy infrastructure companies. If we’re not already on your radar, we’re responsible for delivering energy to one in five Australian homes and businesses, managing more than $12 billion in assets, and leading some of the nation’s most forward-thinking energy projects.
By joining our team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to groundbreaking energy projects that have potential to reshape how renewable energy is integrated into our future energy system, all while ensuring homes and businesses continue to receive reliable and safe energy.
Craig Ypinazar, Jemena’s Executive General Manager of People, Safety & Governance, shared that the company offers graduates the chance to build meaningful careers while maintaining a healthy work/life balance.
“At Jemena, we don’t just invest in projects; we invest in you. Our commitment to diversity, inclusion, and building a great place to belong is one of the reasons we were this year again recognised as one of the Top 100 Graduate Employers.
“Our two-year development program is designed to nurture talented individuals from a range of academic backgrounds – whether that’s engineering, finance, digital, or commerce.
“As part of our graduate program, you’ll work alongside seasoned professionals who will mentor you through a blend of hands-on experience and structured learning, all aimed at sharpening your skills in communication, business, and leadership. This isn’t just a job – it’s a career with purpose,” he said.
Inas Ansari originally joined our team as part of our graduate program, rotating through a variety of roles before being offered a permanent role as a Capacity Planning Engineer where she plays a critical role in making sure our gas network has capacity for current and future growth.
“I feel like I’m contributing to the future of energy, and that gives me a lot of job satisfaction,” she said.
