This notice and Jemena’s Privacy Policy explain how Jemena Gas Networks (NSW) Ltd (ABN 87 003 004 322) collects, uses, handles, and ultimately deletes your data from the Expression of Interest form. By filling in the form, you acknowledge and consent to these practices.
The fields in the form i.e. your full name, email address, phone number etc (see form for details).
The data from the form may be used to:
• Identify members to be recruited into our newly established Customer and Community Advisory Group for better customer and community engagement
• Communicate with you during this recruitment process
• Running and managing the Customer and Community Advisory Group
The data collected will be stored in Australia and may be disclosed to Jemena’s related entities in Australia. It is not likely that the personal information will be disclosed to recipients outside Australia.
If you do not consent to the collection of your data in the Expression of Interest form
You will not be able to participate in the Customer and Community Advisory Group. No other consequences.
Your data from the form will be deleted approximately 2 years after collection.
Jemena’s Privacy Policy includes information about how people may access the personal information we hold about them, how they may seek correction of that information and how they may complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles and any registered APP code that binds Jemena. It also contains information about how Jemena will deal with any such complaint.
We may change the terms of our Privacy Policy from time to time. A copy of the revised Privacy Policy will be available on our website or can be obtained by contacting us using the contact details above.
