Atlas Gas Pipeline

The Atlas Gas Pipeline (Atlas) was designed and constructed by Jemena to transport gas from Senex Energy’s Atlas block in the Surat Basin to Wallumbilla, via Jemena’s Darling Downs Pipeline (DDP).

The Atlas acreage was the first domestic gas tender issued by the Queensland Government intended to increase supply of gas and help provide energy security for businesses and households on Australia’s east coast. Jemena built the facility to process and transport Senex gas to the domestic market.  The Atlas Pipeline is a single user facility.

We look forward to discussing your gas transportation requirements.
