Gas Availability

Jemena provides transportation services to network users (Users) to transport natural gas from network receipt points, through Jemena’s NSW gas network to individual delivery points throughout the network.

Users may be energy retailers contracting with Jemena to provide transportation services to the sites of the retailer's customers, or Users may be consumers of natural gas who choose to contract directly with Jemena for network transportation services.

Energy Retailer and other Network User Enquiries

Requests on the availability and terms and conditions applicable to gas transportation services to specific locations within Jemena’s NSW Network can be made by submitting a Request For Service.
