
In June 2010 following the consultation process required by the National Gas Law and National Gas Rules, the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) published its final decision on Jemena Gas Networks' (JGN's) revised access arrangement proposal. The AER decided to draft its own access arrangement proposal (including the access arrangement information) which it attached to the final decision.
In a subsequent decision, the AER approved the access arrangement proposal (including the access arrangement information) that it had drafted (the approved AA). The approved AA will apply from 1 July 2010 to 30 June 2015 unless varied as a result of merits review proceedings which JGN has initiated in the Australian Competition Tribunal.
